Privacy & Discretion

At Lust 4 Life we believe in protecting your privacy and we promise to be discreet in all of our communications with you. We will never share, rent, lend or sell your information. Any order that you place online, in-store or over the phone will be shipped in a plain cardboard box or padded envelope. We are required to provide our return address on the shipping label, but only our company name, L4L Marketing and street address will be displayed. Our store name 'Lust 4 Life' will not appear anywhere on the exterior of the package.

Warranties & Returns

We cannot accept returns on sex toys unless they are defective. We will exchange any product that malfunctions within 30 days from the date you received your order. In addition, all electric and rechargeable products have a full one-year warranty. Many silicone and leather goods have a lifetime warranty. If you have a defective item that needs to be replaced, please contact us so that we can arrange to ship you a new item free of charge.

Other items may be returned for exchange or credit, within two weeks from the date you received your order provided they are in re-sellable condition.

Shipping

Currently, we ship only to Canadian addresses.

Orders are shipped as soon as possible via Canada Post Expedited service.  If the item is in stock this is usually within two business days.

A signature will be required in order to claim your package.

We do not provide a tracking number with your confirmation email.

This is not to say we do not track the packages but only check if your package has been out more than a week after the shipment date.

All packages are shipped insured, and we are responsible for them until they are in your possession.

Shipments take 6-7 business days at the very most and this is for BC and NL residents. Everything else usually takes 2-4 days. Weekends and holidays are not included as there is no mail service on those days.
